Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MW Design Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

MW Design Studio provides professional design, marketing, and photography services including but not limited to:

  • Brand identity design and development
  • Marketing materials and content creation
  • Professional photography services
  • Social media management and strategy
  • Website design and development consultation

Client Responsibilities

Project Information

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information
  • Timely feedback and approval during designated review periods
  • Providing necessary content, images, and materials
  • Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Final payment due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified

Project Timeline and Revisions

Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on client responsiveness and project complexity. Delays in client feedback or content provision may extend project completion dates.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials provided to MW Design Studio.

Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use final approved deliverables for their business purposes. MW Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work-in-Progress

MW Design Studio retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, and work-in-progress materials until final payment is received.

Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed:

  • Before project begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • During project: Prorated refund based on completed work
  • After final delivery: No refund available

MW Design Studio Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel projects for non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate client behavior. Full refund of unused portions will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

MW Design Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Third-party claims or copyright infringement
  • Technical issues beyond our control

Confidentiality

MW Design Studio agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without written consent.

Force Majeure

MW Design Studio is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

Changes to Terms
